A few small problems:
1) You said, "fucuses" instead of "focuses" Pronunciation issue
2) You said, "...50% chance of sunny weather.." It should be "...a 50% chance of sunny weather..."
3) You said, " compares two equally effective medicines in flu season..." It should be, " ...compares two equally effective medicines USED during the flu season."
4) You said, "...90% of the cold effectively." You're not talking about a cold, you're talking about the flu.
5) You said, "Although the effectiveness of the medicines are same..." It should be, "Although the effectiveness of the medicines are THE same."
