The most influential invention in the last 100 years is the computer. There are two reasons why I think so. First, the computer enables many processes. The programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, and Wordprocessor help to organize many ideas. THey help many ideas to be used to develop ourselves. Second, they contributed to communicating. The way such as email and chatting are typical conveninet communicating ways. We can learn more about the word for this.

Between watching television and reading the newspaper or using the Internet, I would prefer to read the newspaper or use the Internet. The reason why I think so is that first, TV has many inconvenient points. We have to know when the program begins and there are so many advertisements on television. Next, the newspapers and the Internet are easy to find informations. The internet is called the ocean of informations and it has more informations than TV. Moreover, we can easilly find answers or informations we need.

There are always some element of error in the studies and these are called sampling errors. The professor suggested two examples about this. The woman's problem is that she has a bus ticket which is expensive for her plan, but her plan is cancelled and she wants to use it for other way. The first solution is that she can go hiking on Sunday to a waterfall. But the weather is going to be cold on Sunday. The next solution is that she can go to art museum. She has been there before and it has many nice exhibits. But the museum is going on renovation so only a half of the exhibits are opened. And it will be really noisy for her to watch the exhibits.

The professor states that how children can learn. First, they generalize too much informations. Children are curious to know new thigns and names. FOr example, once a child ask his mom what the name the horse has, so his mom answered it is called a horse. But after the child can think that any four-legged animals can be called a horse. once I had to ask for advice to my friends. It was because I wanted to share my hardness and stress with them so that I could become less annoyed. Moreonver, they want to encourage and cheer me up. Another reason is that I could find better solutions for the problem. Everyone has different thoughts so I should consider those solutions to solve the problem. As a result, it is helpful to ask for advice to friends or others because it helps to solve thier problem or lessen the severity of the problem.

Personally, I perefer the situation where all first year students live together in dormitories. I feel this would have a number of benefits for them. First off, it's always ideal to have the students in the same year room with each other. In other words, freshmen should live with freshmen, sophomores with sophomores, and so on. The reason is that students in the same year will have similar experiences, so they should be with those who can share in these experiences. Another important thing is that mixing freshmen with upperclassman won't benefit the older students at all. They'd constantly be stuck explaining things or having to show the freshmen around. However, by having freshment to live with each other, they'd be able to assist one another in getting used to the school.

The woman's problem is that she needs to pick her friend up from the airport but her car has a flat tire. i strongly believe that the woman needs to take a taxi both to and from the airport. By doing this, she will make it on time to the airport to pick up her friend. That way, she won't have to inconvenience her roommate by asking her for a favor. In addition, even though the woman mentions she doesn't have enough money, she should be able to borrow the money she needs to pay for her taxi fare. The reason is that the woman talks about her payday coming in a couple of days. Obviously, she has a job, so she should be able to promise whoever lends her money that she will repay that person once she herself gets paid.
